GENERAL TERMS

CONSENT
You will be required to give signed consent to all treatments. You may withdraw that consent at any point prior to administering treatment.

All costs of treatments will be discussed within the consultation and agreed by both parties, costs can vary depending on each client. Payment must be cleared prior to commencing any treatment. This will be collected at the time of consent.

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Prestige Aesthetics Group Limited require a booking fee of £45 to secure your booking, this is redeemable against any treatment. All booking fees are taken at the time of booking and a booking confirmation will be sent to you. Booking fees are non-refundable, unless we determine at the time of consultation that treatment is not suitable.
If you need to rearrange your appointment, this must be done 72 hours prior to your original appointment and the £45 booking fee will be transferred to the new appointment.

You can cancel or rearrange any appointment by calling the clinic on 07729405112 or by email at prestigeaesthetics2018@gmail.com, cancellations do incur £45 loss of booking fee.

We offer an option to spread the cost of treatments through PAYPAL, although this is 0%, we do add an additional administration fee of 3.7%. The fee applied and booking fee is non-refundable at the time of payment.

REFUND POLICY

Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and must be redeemed within 12 months of purchase. Any treatments or treatment packages booked using one or more gift vouchers as full or part payment must be completed within 12 months of purchase.

Booking fee of £45 are redeemable against another date if cancellation of the appointment is made more than 72 hours prior to your initial appointment.

Refunds can not be given once treatment has commenced. Treatments or courses which have taken place or an element of the course has taken place cannot be refunded and must be completed within 12 months.

We cannot refund any part of a package or course that has already commenced or exchange against another treatment.

We do not offer refunds on special offers that have fallen out of the offer period or due to results and expectations. Results can vary from person to person and depend on several; factors, some of which can not be predicted. There can be no guarantees.

TREATMENT TERMS

ANTI WRINKLE TREATMENT REVIEWS
This procedure can take up to 14 days to be fully effective and no additional treatments will be considered prior to this period. If a client still has some concerns after this period they must make contact with prestige aesthetics, as no further treatments will be offered after a period of 3 weeks from the original treatment date.

DERMAL FILLER REVIEWS
The results of dermal fillers can be instant however; sometimes mild swelling can cause a distortion of the final result. If once the swelling has calmed there are any asymmetrical issues then providing it is within 3 weeks of the original treatment then an adjustment can be made.

If the issue is due to the volume in that area we will not provide free treatment as at the time of the consultation the quantity was discussed. We are happy to provide more volume but this will need to be paid for prior to further treatment.

Here at prestige aesthetics we aim to meet or exceed all our clients expectations and provide them with an outstanding service and enjoyable experience. However we appreciate that sometimes things go wrong.
